A $100 non-refundable deposit should be payed within a week of acceptance in order to secure your place in the program. After that, we generally require payment of the full tuition by the end of May but are open to individual payment plans. Please contact us directly if you need to set up an individual payment schedule!

Refund Policy:

The Prague Summer Program does offer full and partial refunds according to the following schedule:

Amount of Refund            Deadline

50%                                     May 15th

25%                                     June 15th

10%                                     July 1st

We are unable to provide any refund after July 1st. Please see our privacy policy here. This schedule does not apply to pandemic-related emergencies for which a full refund will always be issued!
